My name is Jude. I have 5 years of hands-on field experience in the local landscape and hardscape industry across Southeastern Pennsylvania.Working in this industry firsthand showed me the gaps that exist between contractors and homeowners. Miscommunication, mismatched scopes, and budgets that spiral out of control. I started CornerstoneTerra to fix that.
This is my passion. Every project I take on reflects that.
How It Works
Within 24 hours of your inquiry I reach out to learn about your property and what you are looking to accomplish. If it feels like a good fit a $350 deposit gets things started and goes directly toward your final payment. From there I build your custom 3D design around your vision. We refine it together until every detail is right and every unnecessary cost is cut.Once the design is locked in I find three to four local contractors to come out and give their estimates. Everyone bids from the same plan so the numbers are always a true comparison. We pick the right contractor and the work begins. I am on site at contractor selection, the start of the project, the halfway point, and the final walkthrough.From first conversation to finished project you are never on your own.
